Paras Kaushik is a distinguished Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience across industries such as Media, Retail, Automobiles, Higher Education, ITES, and Manufacturing. Currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at HT Media Group and Program Director of Mint India’s Iconic Workplaces, Paras has played a vital role in shaping organizational strategy through transformative HR leadership.
Beginning his career as a management trainee at Hindalco, Paras has held numerous leadership roles across the Aditya Birla Group, including Head of HR for Pantaloons, VP HR for Birla Carbon in the South America region, and Head of Leadership Programs. He has also served as Head Group HR at Motherson and has led cross-functional, cross-cultural HR initiatives globally — including in the Philippines, India, and the U.S.
