Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Wave Industries, Arpan oversees human capital strategy and organizational development for a pan-India operation. His focus is on building agile, empowered teams that align with business goals and drive long-term value creation.
Over the last two decades, he has led HR transformation across industries including real estate, electronics, and hospitality, holding senior leadership roles at CP PLUS, Supertech, Central Park, and Ansal Hospitality. His initiatives have consistently focused on cultural transformation, digitalization of HR, and creating strong leadership pipelines.
Arpan is also a Gallantry Award winner and former Lieutenant Colonel in the Indian Army, where he spent 14 years managing operations, logistics, and people under diverse and complex conditions. His military experience brings a strong foundation of discipline, resilience, and strategic thinking to his work in the corporate sector.
