Jagdish is the Founder and CEO of HumanizeTech.ai, an emerging IT services company operating at the convergence of AI, SaaS, and domain-led innovation. With over 30 years of leadership experience, he previously held pivotal roles at Tech Mahindra—including Chief Strategy Officer, Head of Growth, and President – India and Corporate Affairs.
His diverse career includes leading global strategy, business development, and digital transformation across North America, the UK, ANZ, and Southeast Asia. He was instrumental in shaping Tech Mahindra’s growth journey and navigating major acquisitions such as Satyam and Comviva.
Beyond the boardroom, Jagdish actively supports initiatives in skill development, entrepreneurship, and sports. He serves on the boards of NSDC and Comviva, and contributes to national bodies like NASSCOM and CII.
