Currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at ACME Group, Gopalji is shaping the company’s high-growth journey in clean energy by driving talent and organizational strategies. Previously, as CHRO of HPCL-Mittal Energy, he led a wide spectrum of initiatives—from cultural transformation and succession planning to digital skilling and employee experience—impacting thousands of employees across India.
His leadership extends across Fortune 500 firms like Mylan, Ashok Leyland, and Kennametal, where he spearheaded M&A, global talent integration, and change management programs. Gopalji also served as Global CHRO at Zensar Technologies, where he played a pivotal role in enabling digital HR and cross-border expansions.
Outside of work, he’s a passionate advocate for community development, women empowerment, and the arts. An avid trekker and history enthusiast, he brings a grounded perspective to navigating change.
