With a career spanning more than two decades, Sid Mavinkurve is a seasoned people and culture leader known for aligning HR strategy with business outcomes across global organizations. Currently, he leads the People & Culture function at Zscaler, driving high-impact HR transformation in the fast-paced cybersecurity space.
Sid’s journey has taken him through pivotal leadership roles at Intel, NXP Semiconductors, and McAfee, covering regions like India, Israel, the U.S., and APAC. At NXP, he served as the Global Head of HR for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Supply Chain, and previously led HR for India and Israel. At Intel, he contributed to APAC-wide DEI strategy, R&D HR leadership, and corporate functions HR across key domains like AI, IoT, and data centers.
His expertise spans organization design, talent strategy, leadership development, change management, and M&A integration. Known for being a trusted thought partner to executive teams, Sid brings a strong combination of global experience, coaching acumen, and operational excellence.
