Currently spearheading Total Rewards and Performance Management at one of India’s leading media organizations, Girish brings over 18 years of experience spanning both consulting and corporate roles. He has consistently partnered with business leaders to align people practices with evolving talent and organizational priorities.
Girish’s journey includes leadership roles at LEAD School, PropTiger, DSM, and Mercer, where he contributed to designing compensation frameworks, performance systems, competency models, and change management interventions. Recognized among Jombay’s 40 Under 40 and People Matters’ Young HR Leaders, he brings both strategic thinking and ground-level execution experience.
An engineer turned HR professional, Girish blends analytical rigor with human-centered design. His writing, speaking, and coaching reflect a deep commitment to bridging business impact with personal growth.
