He currently serves as Director – Talent, Learning & Development, and Engagement for Global Emerging Markets at General Mills, covering regions across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Latin America.
Throughout his career, Puneet has consistently led strategic HR transformations—driving talent management, leadership development, and change initiatives. His work has impacted both mature and emerging markets, where he has built agile, future-ready organizations through robust people strategies.
Prior to General Mills, he held leadership roles at Eli Lilly, Johnson & Johnson, and Genpact, where he spearheaded talent development programs, succession planning frameworks, and performance management systems. His contributions have strengthened leadership pipelines and boosted employee engagement at scale.
