Renil Kumar brings over two decades of global HR leadership experience across the semiconductor, technology, and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as CHRO at Tessolve, he is known for driving transformation in talent strategy, workforce planning, and HR tech to enable innovation and scale in a rapidly evolving industry.
Before Tessolve, Renil served as CHRO at Photon, where he enabled digital transformation through a blend of strategy, creativity, and technology. His career at Wipro spanned nearly two decades, where he held several leadership roles, including Vice President for HR, COO & CTO Office, and Business HR Head for the Health BU. Renil led HR initiatives for over 18,000 employees globally and was instrumental in driving organization design, culture-building, and modernization programs.
Renil’s international experience includes leading HR for Wipro’s Central Europe operations and managing talent across high-growth markets including Asia Pacific, Japan, Africa, and Europe. His leadership style is collaborative and inclusive, with a strong belief in the power of diversity and cultural understanding.
An alumnus of SIBM with a degree in HR Management, Renil combines deep strategic insight with a passion for empowering people.
