With nearly two decades of diverse experience across global HR roles, Savita Nehra brings a bold, business-aligned approach to HR transformation. Her leadership spans enterprise-scale people strategies, having led the HR lifecycle for teams ranging from 2,000 to 25,000 employees across India, North America, and Europe.
Savita most recently served as General Manager – HR at Wipro, where she led HR for the Enterprise Applications division globally. Prior to this, she was India HR Head at Ness Digital Engineering, overseeing talent management, succession planning, DEI, performance, rewards, and CSR.
She spent close to a decade at Capgemini, supporting global HR operations and key transformation initiatives including M&A and strategic workforce planning.
Known for her ability to connect strategy with execution, Savita has consistently driven impact across employee experience, leadership development, and organizational design. Her cross-industry expertise—from digital engineering to professional services—equips her to navigate rapid business shifts with empathy and precision.
