With a decade-long tenure at Kinara Capital and experience across education, real estate, and financial services, she has consistently championed inclusive, agile, and high-performing workplace cultures.
Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Kinara Capital, Tavamani has led HR transformation at scale—covering talent acquisition, compensation strategy, HR policies, and leadership development. Her strategic lens is informed by a deep command of HR analytics and MIS, helping translate complex people data into actionable talent strategies aligned with business growth.
Her leadership journey has also included senior HR roles at MVJ College of Engineering and DSR Group, where she drove HR innovation, enhanced employee experience, and implemented scalable HR systems. With her ongoing pursuit of a Ph.D. in Management and an advanced program from XLRI Jamshedpur, she continues to stay ahead of evolving workplace demands.
