With over 15 years of experience, Sunita currently leads HR and Office Operations at Euromonitor International India, where she plays a strategic role in building agile teams, embedding a culture of learning, and streamlining people operations. She previously headed HR at Meghalaya Cements and held leadership roles at Maruti Suzuki and IBM. Her experience spans organizational development, policy formulation, compliance, talent acquisition, and general administration.
Sunita is a certified Mental Health First Aid Champion (MHFA UK), ISO Lead Auditor, and Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) Practitioner. Her commitment to continuous improvement is reflected in her certifications in Agile HR, SAP HR, and design thinking for teams.
