Over the last 12+ years, Siddhartha has held progressive HR roles across tech and logistics firms including BlackBuck, CommonFloor, Photon, and Cognizant. From building high-performance teams to designing data-backed performance and rewards frameworks, his experience spans the full spectrum of HR strategy and operations.
An engineer-turned-HR leader with an MBA from Goa Institute of Management, Siddhartha champions the use of data and technology in HR decision-making. He’s known for crafting scalable processes, driving employee engagement, and reducing attrition in high-growth environments.
