At Simpl, she led HR through rapid scale-up and strategic restructuring, aligning talent with evolving business goals. Earlier at Myntra as VP-HR, she drove performance transformation, leadership development, and culture-building across 10,000+ employees, including navigating major transitions like COVID-19 and the Jabong restructure.

Before that, at SAP, she led HR for the Technology Board Area across APJ, and was a champion for diversity and inclusion, pioneering progressive initiatives like medical insurance for same-sex partners and gender affirmation coverage.
