Deepak is a transformation-focused leader with nearly three decades of experience across IT, consulting, and global capability building. At Birlasoft, he is leading the modernization of the learning ecosystem—blending technology, data, and design thinking to make development more personalized, scalable, and aligned to business impact.ted skilling at scale.
Over the years, Deepak has held strategic roles at DXC Technology, Genpact, Capgemini, and NIIT, where he drove enterprise learning initiatives and led the deployment of large-scale digital platforms, LMS solutions, and fresher capability models across geographies.
An XLRI alumnus, Deepak is passionate about building learning cultures that are future-ready. His approach balances structure with agility—anchored in tech-enabled delivery and human-centered learning experiences.
As part of the AI at Work Community, Deepak adds depth to our collective effort of redefining talent development in an AI-driven world. We’re excited to co-learn with him and build frameworks for the next era of workplace learning.
