Saurabh Sinha is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over two decades of experience in driving people strategy, cultural transformation, and HR operations across diverse sectors. Currently serving as GM – HR at SAR Group, he heads the HR function for Livpure, a leading consumer brand in home and water solutions.
Throughout his journey at SAR Group, Saurabh has led various HR initiatives from talent management and employee engagement to organizational development. His leadership has been instrumental in building high-performance teams and streamlining HR operations to align with the company’s evolving business goals.
Prior to joining SAR Group, he held pivotal roles at Karcher India, Shoppers Stop, and Manmachine India, where he was responsible for implementing HR systems, policy rollouts, and strengthening workforce capabilities at regional and national levels. His on-ground experience across retail, manufacturing, and services sectors has given him a well-rounded HR perspective.
