With nearly two decades of experience across startups and global enterprises, Dheeraj has built a reputation for designing agile, business-aligned talent strategies. His industry exposure spans telecom, electricals, IT/ITES, data intelligence, health tech, and edtech—making him uniquely positioned to navigate evolving talent landscapes.

Currently at Ericsson, he leads hiring across one of the most diverse and competitive regions in the world. From scaling early-stage teams to shaping employer brand strategy, Dheeraj blends operational excellence with strategic foresight—always keeping the candidate and business at the center.
His past stints include leadership roles at NLB Services, Schneider Electric, and a decade-long journey at Ericsson across HRBP, talent management, and international OD assignments—including a role in Stockholm. He brings a deep understanding of both local nuances and global talent practices.
