Vivek Tripathi is an accomplished Human Resources executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in diverse industries including manufacturing, telecom, IT, and retail. In addition, he brings over four years of strategic HR consulting expertise, having advised organizations on talent management, leadership development, and organizational transformation.
He has held pivotal roles such as Chief Human Resources Officer at BIBA Apparels and Lava International, where he was instrumental in building high-performance cultures and implementing scalable HR processes. Currently, as Vice President – Human Resources at Newgen Software, Vivek leads the HR function, driving organizational effectiveness and talent strategies.
His consulting experience includes leadership development, coaching, talent assessment, and HR transformation with firms such as Right Management and the School of Inspired Leadership. Vivek is a Certified Executive Coach and a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), with a strong focus on executive coaching and behavioral development.
An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, Vivek also holds degrees in Physics from St. Stephen’s College. He is fluent in English and Hindi and actively shares insights through his professional blog.
